No-hitters and more: Vote for the High School Baseball Player of the Week

Marlborough High's Tyler Moore has been voted the High School Baseball Player of the Week.

The senior received over 26,000 votes to earn the honor. Moore allowed 2 hits, 0 earned runs and struck out 9 in a complete-game effort in a 7-3 win over Hudson. That game was in the semifinals of the John Ahearn tournament.

And this week's candidates are...

Brady Shuffain + Ryder Holmes, Carver: Shuffain went 2-0 on the mound last week with a 1.75 ERA and 14 strikeouts. He chipped in three hits offensively, including a winning 2-RBI double. Holmes didn't allow an earned run against Nantucket and struck out 11. He drove in 3 runs at the plate.

Zach DeRoche, Sr., Archbishop Williams: DeRoche made a game-ending diving catch in right field with the bases load to preserve a 4-3 win over St. John Paul II.

Joey Foley + Brody Lovell + Colin Meserve, East Bridgewater: Foley (3-for-4, double, triple 3 RBIs) and Lovell (3 runs) each had 3-hit days in a win over Sandwich. Meserve fired a 2-hitter with 10 strikeouts in a 10-0 win over Cohasset. Lovell had a 2-out, 2-RBI double in that win.

Liam Kinneen, Sr., BC High: Kinneen threw a no-hitter with 15 strikeouts in a 9-0 win over St. John's Prep. It was the Eagles fourth no-no of the spring.

Cole Kelleher, Jr., Middleboro: Kelleher threw a 1-hitter with 11 strikeouts in a 13-1 win over Rockland in 5 innings.

Harrison Hinckle, Jr., Milton: Hinckle had a walk-off RBI single in a 4-3 win over Weymouth.

Dylan Bausemer, Sr., Whitman-Hanson: Bausemer threw a 1-hit shutout in 6 innings in a 10-0 win over Pembroke.

Kevin O'Keefe, Sr., Silver Lake: O'Keefe had a walk-off hit and earned the win on the mound in a 6-5 win over Hanover.

D.C. Brown, Sr., Plymouth North: Brown threw a no-hitter with 15 strikeouts and blasted two home runs in a 6-0 win over Plymouth South.

Aidan McCarthy, Jr., North Quincy: McCarthy got the win on the mound and starred at the dish (2 hits, double, 3 RBIs) in a 6-5 win over Duxbury. He pitched 4 ⅔ innings with no earned runs allowed and 7 strikeouts.

Liam Shepherd, Sr., Norwell: Shepherd went 4-for-4 with 3 RBIs and 2 runs in a 9-7 win over Mashpee.

Cam Santos, Soph., Bridgewater-Raynham: Santos threw a 1-hitter with 9 strikeouts in a 5-2 win over Brockton.

Stephen Madden, Sr., Abington: Madden threw a complete game (5 hits, 0 earned runs, 2 walks allowed and 10 strikeouts) in an 8-1 win over Cardinal Spellman. He went 2-for-4 at the plate with a double, 2 RBIs and 2 runs.

Gill Dolan, Sr., Weymouth: Dolan went 3-for-4 with a double, triple and 3 RBIs in an 11-1 win over Whitman-Hanson.

Jake Willard, Sr., Oliver Ames: Willard was 3-for-4 with 2 RBIs at the plate and he pitched 5 solid innings in a 7-2 win over Sharon.

Tyrin MacDonald, Jr., South Shore Tech: MacDonald pitched a complete game to earn the win in a 3-2 victory over Old Colony. He also went 2-for-3 with 2 runs scored and drove in the winning run.

Hayden Regan, Sr., Braintree: The Wamps went 3-0 last week as Regan went 7-for-11 at the plate with 2 doubles, 5 RBIs, 7 runs scored and 4 stolen bases. The center fielder is committed to play at Endicott.

Will Adamski, Sr., Hopedale: He threw a five-inning no-hitter in a 13-0 win over Blackstone-Millville. Adamski struck out nine and walked one. Adamski also had an RBI and scored a run in a 6-2 win over Douglas.

Max Boehm, Fr., Wellesley: Boehm struck out 14 in a complete game victory Friday, as the Raiders outlasted rival Needham, 2-1.

Chris Bratica, Soph., Ashland: Bratica went 2-for-2 with a grand slam and four RBIs for the Clockers in a 10-0 win over Millis.

Ryan Dillon, Sr., Marlborough: The Cornell pledge drove in six runs on a 5-for-5 day where he tripled, doubled twice and scored three runs in 19-0 win over Fitchburg. He also went 3-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs, scoring three runs, in an 18-10 win over Westborough.

Daniel Heisler, Sr., Nipmuc: Heisler needed just 54 pitches to throw five innings of one-hit, shutout ball - allowing an infield single to start the game and then retiring the next 15 hitters in order – in a 14-0 win over Douglas. Heisler also earned the win with six strikeouts in three hitless relief innings in a 4-3, 10-inning win over Northbridge.

Ty Letichevsky, Sr., Ashland: He knocked in two hits and an RBI, including the walkoff single in the bottom of the ninth, sealing a 4-3 win for the Clockers over Holliston. Letichevsky also earned the win throwing four innings in relief where he struck out seven and allowed just two hits and two walks.

Nick Pedroli, Jr., Hopkinton: Pedroli was 3-for-4 and hit a grand slam and a double, driving in five runs and scoring two for the Hillers in a win over Bellingham. He also had two hits and scored two runs in a 13-9 win over Medfield.

Jackson Redfern, Sr., Algonquin: Redfern allowed just two hits and went 3-for-4 with three RBIs for the Titans in a 12-1 win over Westborough in five innings. He also singled and drove in a run in a loss to Leominster.

Cooper Tarantino, Sr., Lincoln-Sudbury: The Northeastern-bound catcher homered on a 3-for-4 day and added six RBIs and two runs in an 11-1 win over Concord-Carlisle. He also doubled among his two hits, scored twice and drove in a run in a 14-3 (5 inn.) win over Bedford.
